Spaghetti Bolognese with America's Chutney

Ingredients
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 lb ground beef
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper
- 1 small yellow onion, finely chopped
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 28 oz crushed tomatoes
- 1/2 cup chicken broth

1/2 cup America’s Chutney
- 2 1/2 Tbsp tomato paste
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh basil
- 3/4 tsp dried oregano
- 1/4 cup finely shredded parmesan
Directions
Add olive oil and ground beef to the skillet over medium-high heat. Heat for 3 minutes then start crumbling the beef and cook for another 3 minutes.
- Transfer beef to a large plate, leave 1 tbsp rendered fat in the skillet.
- Reduce heat to medium, add the onion and saute for 4 minutes.
- Stir in crushed tomatoes, water, tomatoes paste, Drosco hot or mild chutney, cooked beef, basil and oregano. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Bring to a boil and reduce the heat to low. Simmer for 15-20 minutes or until the onions are tender.
- Stir in parmesan cheese, and serve with cooked spaghetti.
